Angela Zanders will explore the names of female composers of classical music, many who are not known today.  She will provide examples at the piano of some of the beautiful, but sadly neglected works by some of these composers.

Richard Ashworth MEP for this area will give us a view of the way forward, the challenges and the areas of contention, as the negotiations move to their final stages!

Chosen Charity:  Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY)  aims to reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death.

Dreambuilding – St Wilfrid’s New Hospice Appeal

After much fundraising and hard work the new St Wilfrid’s Hospice in Bosham will be ready for patients in 2019.  Sarah Mansell will tell us the journey they have been on to raise the funds and how exciting the new facility will be.  Dawn Gracie, a strong supporter of the Hospice, will entertain us with her special Vintage songs of the 50’s and 60’s.

Rebuilding Hawker Typhoon

Sam Worthington Leese is part of the Hawker Typhoon Preservation Group working towards rebuilding what will be the only flying Hawker Typhoon in the world and based at Goodwood when complete.

Chosen Charity:  Hawker Typhoon Preservation Group – a small group of individuals and volunteers all working towards the rebuild of RB396 to fly again.
